March 22, 2025 - Portland, OR - Tri-City Americans (32-27-6-1) goaltender Ryan Grout turned in a stellar 43-save performance Friday night, backstopping the Americans to a 4-2 victory over the Portland Winterhawks (36-27-3-1).
Grout was strong in the early going as Portland quickly jumped out to a heavy shot advantage. The Winterhawks went to a power play in the late stages of the first, but it was negated with 32 seconds remaining when Tyson Jugnauth hauled down Max Curran.

March 20, 2025 - LAST GAME: The Americans stumbled out of the gate against the Seattle Thunderbirds on Sunday, falling behind just 1:12 into the game in a 5-1 loss at home. Cruz Pavao scored the lone goal for the Americans, who were stymied by goaltender Scott Ratzlaff as he made 41 saves in the victory. That included a penalty shot save on Jake Sloan in the first period, the first penalty shot of the season for Tri-City.

March 17, 2025 - Kennewick, WA - The Western Hockey League announced today that WHL Regular Season Game #690 between the Seattle Thunderbirds and Tri-City Americans has been rescheduled and will be completed Sunday, March 23 at 4:05 p.m. PT.
WHL Regular Season Game #690 was suspended Tuesday, March 11, due to a medical emergency involving Tri-City Americans defenseman Terrell Goldsmith, who was taken to hospital via ambulance, where he received medical care.

March 16, 2025 - Kennewick, WA - The Tri-City Americans (31-27-6-1) had a long stretch of being the better team Sunday night, but a slow start proved costly in a 5-1 loss to the Seattle Thunderbirds (26-33-4-1) at the Toyota Center.
Just over a minute into the game the Thunderbirds capitalized on a turnover to open the scoring. Carter MacAdams double clutched on a pass near his own blueline and then got poke checked by Coster Dunn.
