Newly-acquired defenseman Steven Kampfer recorded his first point as a Roadrunner Saturday night against the Milwaukee Admirals with an assist on Colin Theisen's second consecutive second-period goal. Kampfer was acquired by the Arizona Coyotes and assigned to Tucson on Thursday after amassing 22 points in 44 appearances with the AHL Central Division's Grand Rapids Griffins this season. With Kampfer's assist on Saturday, four different Roadrunners defensemen recorded at least a point over the two-game set against Milwaukee, led by Michael Kesselring with a goal and an assist in Friday's 3-2 win.

Tucson, Arizona - The Tucson Roadrunners closed out the weekend series against the Admirals from Milwaukee with a 5-3 loss on Saturday at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena. The Roadrunners tallied a three-goal second period to overcome a 3-0 deficit with a pair of goals from Colin Theisen that was started by Milos Kelemen's 14th score of the season.
