The Lincoln Stars picked up their sixth straight win and seventh straight at home with a 9-3 win over the Omaha Lancers on Saturday night at the Ice Box. Lincoln (25-11-1-0) put on a show in front of a packed house of 3,856 fans, scoring four times in the third period and twice on the power play. Tulsa Ends Weekend with Overtime Win
TULSA, Okla.- Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Anaheim Ducks and the AHL's San Diego Gulls and powered by Community Care, end the night with an overtime, 4-3 win, on Reid Petryk's eighth goal of the season. The first period did not see a goal as the Oilers outshot the Steelheads 12-11 after 20 minutes leading into a pivotal second frame to end the weekend. Atlanta Snaps Three Game Skid by Taking Down Stingrays in the Shootout
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC. - The Atlanta Gladiators (18-19-3-2) defeated the South Carolina Stingrays (24-10-2-2) by a final score of 3-2 in the shootout on Saturday night, at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, in North Charleston, South Carolina. Drew DeRidder got the nod in goal for the Gladiators, while Garin Bjroklund started in between the pipes for the Stingrays. At 12:17 of the first period, the Stingrays scored first, as Charlie Combs (12th) batted an over-the-goal pass from Alexander Suzdalev into the net.
